Customer Deliver Assistant – Grocery Home Shopping

Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner
As ambassador of Tesco GHS, provide excellent service to customers & maintain professionalism to other road users
Drive Tesco GHS delivery vehicle in accordance with all laws and Health & Safety procedures
Maintain the condition of company delivery vehicle and take responsibility for preventing damage or excessive wear & tear to the delivery vehicle
Maintain the quality of products so that they arrive to the customer in the required condition and ensure the customer receive everything they have paid for
To manage customer queries appropriately and in accordance with customer service procedures to fulfil Tesco Customer Promises.
SPM or Certificate in any discipline, preferably with 1-2 years working experience in a similar capacity
Possess valid driving license with GDL (Goods Drivers’ License) and well-versed with routes in Klang Valley & company will provide assistance in obtaining necessary training for those who are interested to take up the said license
Must be able to work on shifts/ weekends/public holidays
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English with ability to interact with people at all levels
Other local dialects would be an added advantage
