Supply Chain Managers
Jawatan kosong di Perak – Lumut / Sitiawan (3 positions)
Assist the General Manager-Supply Chain to develop, document and execute a comprehensive logistics and distribution strategic plan which will drive optimal customer service and profitability.
Day-to-day managing and optimizing the supply chain logistics network with multiple distribution centers for the group’s businesses, ie. poultry integration (feeds, breeder, broiler, processing) and flour in Malaysia (logistics, warehouse scheduling, production coordination).
Establish and ensure all regulatory and compliance measures are adhered to.
Be part of the team to identify and implement effective technology, infrastructure suitable to the scope and size of the business along with disciplines that underlie a supply chain operation leveraging on our strategic partnership with the Malaysia Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (MISI).
Develop a national implementation of distribution best practices such as systems integration and optimization, inventory control, demand planning, and optimization.
Drive operational excellence and best practices across the network by reducing cost each year for the respective business.
Manage the proper generation of Weekly and Monthly reports in order to provide maximum information exchange between local entities and H.Q.
Degree in Business or related field.
10 years of supply chain management experience. Additional operations experience is an added advantage.
Demonstrate ability of managing cost performance, supply / demand forecasting & distribution execution across a variety of product lines from multiple sources.
Good business acumen with capacity to build relationships internally & externally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of key supply chain technology / logistics processes & current best practices.
Good judgment to know what is appropriate for the company size/scope.
Ability to quickly establish credibility across organization/engage others to ensure the most effective efficient logistics solutions for the varied business units.
Flexibility to seek & incorporate input from others into the plan/solid track record for effectively managing/developing the Supply Chain team.
Demonstrate experience in creating/upgrading the distribution function in an organization of similar size and scope.
Experience in supply chain software implementation is an added advantage.
