We generate close to 10% of Malaysia’s total electronic exports and is the country’s largest airfreight exporter through KLIA.

The candidate will report directly to Group IS Manager and is responsible for strategizing, installation, configuring, troubleshooting, upgrading, performance tuning of the company’s IT resources.

Manage servers (Windows)
Manage network, firewall, antivirus, security policies, backups, patching
Identify technology that will bring value to the company through its implementation
To identify, diagnose and rectify technical issues
To manage the deployment, maintenance, utilization and disposal of software applications
To provide end user support and resolve issues professionaly and promptly
Prepare report and documentations as and when required

Min education level is Degree / Diploma in related discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in similiar capacity
Knowledge in Microsoft technologies (OS, AD, DNS, Office)
Knowledge of switches, routers, firewall, wireless lans, VPN
Mature, dependable and able to work independently
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and troubleshoot problems
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage.

Lease Administrator

To source, identify and secure suitable property for specific business requirements
Liaise with property owners or agents on details of properties for rental.
To assist in preparing the recommendation proposal to brief management on the status of property.
Preparation of documents relating to tenancy for both new stores and renewal of existing tenancies including the preparation of letters of offers, tenancy agreements, tenancy renewal notices, etc.
Coordination and communication with related departments and property owners on all tenancy agreements in ensuring they are duly executed stamped and delivered.
To assist in analyzing performance of existing stores and recommend closure of unprofitable stores.
To ensure that lease agreements and renewals are written in the company’s interest and include special clauses required by the company.
To maintain close personal contact with landlords, major shopping complexes and real estate people.
To liaise and cooperate with District Manager in any survey of location.
To assist in negotiating best possible lease team for new stores and lease renewals.
To assist in submitting all tenancy agreements for the Company Manager signature and arrange for registration.
