Responsible to plan, organize and lead all assigned property engineering and development activities. This will include, but is not limited, development planning, development approvals, licensing by relevant authorities, post development activities while ensuring strict cost monitoring & control to guarantee budget conformation.
Responsible for development planning matters. This would include but not limited to, appointment of consultants, concept study, marketing feasibility study and preliminary drawings.
Responsible for matters relating to development approvals. This would include but not limited to, confirmation of development by Directors’, appointment of consultant, submission and approval of all drawings, confirmation of materials & development, workout selling price, appointment of main contractor and miscellaneous related issues throughout the project cycle.
Responsible for matters relating to licensing by relevant authorities and matters relating to post development activities. This would include but not limited to, OC approval matters, land matters and the handing over of common facilities to MC or local authorities.
To assist in matter related to works order, contract & claims. This would include but not limited to issue work order or contract or VO, certify consultant claims, construction sales claims, bridging loan claims, sub-contractor claims and related claims issued throughout the project cycle.
Accountable for the full spectrum of project and site related matters. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as manpower assignment, quality and productivity management, site safety and health issues, welfare or site progress vs. Construction schedule, timely and accurate site reports and any related site initiatives.
