Call Centre Administrator
Kuala Lumpur Job in Bandar Tasik Selatan
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks
Be a team player in contributing ideas & knowledge to identify areas for improvement and to make sure call centre quality targets are met.
Monitor & produce all reports required and conduct periodic checks on call records for call quality control to provide key area of focus for corrective and preventive actions.
Review all analysis data provided by the team and recommend further action plans.
Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions
Ensure the Management is kept up to date with the latest status of the call centre.
Extract & generate detail analysis for an overview of operation performance presentation on a weekly & monthly basis
Organising staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand;
Coaching, Motivating and Retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive scheme
Improving performance by raising efficiency and sourcing new equipment
Provide assistance and support for all ad-hoc requests and ensure completion within timeline given.
Completes any other special projects as assigned by Management.
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced or Higher in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives level specializing in Customer Service, Call Centre or equivalent.
Applicants posses own transport and must be willing to work in Bandar Tasik Selatan.
